Appointments

Please read all policies below before booking your appointment. Same day appointments must be scheduled by phone.

Before booking a wedding package, please read all details and contact us if you have any questions or concerns before booking the service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations are to be made 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason. The booking fee WILL NOT be refunded. No exceptions. If you would like to reschedule, you must send an email to contact@kelzdimonz.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment in order for the booking fee to be credited towards the new appointment. This is a one time offer only. NO-CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL-SERVICE AMOUNT OF YOUR SERVICE BOOKED! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Deposits

A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to secure all appointments. The booking fee will be $25 or $50, depending on the service, which goes towards your total service cost. Tips are accepted and highly appreciated. The remaining balance of your service must be paid in cash or cash app on the day of your scheduled appointment. Any appointment before 9:00am EST or after 6:00pm EST will be an additional $50.

Late Policy

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! A 10-minute grace period will be given to each client. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be added to the remaining balance for the appointment. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled (with no additional charges) and the deposit WILL NOT be refunded. PLEASE try to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you make your scheduled appointment time.
